📦 Inventory Migration Tool

⚠️ What This Script Does:

• COPIES missing data from inventory/{random-id} to skus/{sku}/inventory
• SKIPS any SKU that already exists in the new skus/ structure
• PRESERVES all original data - nothing is deleted or overwritten
• SAFE to run multiple times - only fills in gaps
• Old inventory/ structure remains intact for later cleanup
